Slim ‘n Step

Step up your fitness! Have fun with this full body cardio step class. No matter what your starting level this is the class for you! Burn calories and tone your entire body while working on balance and stability.

Circuit Blast

This class is designed to shake up your normal routine. Use free weights, medicine balls, bosu trainers, bands and your body weight while learning new moves to build muscular endurance. This fast-paced workout will increase cardio endurance while tightening your body from head to toe!

TRX Bodyweight Bootcamp

Experience a new kind of strength workout using only your body! Our experienced instructors will lead you through a full body blast that will focus on balance, strength, core and cardio. These classes are great for people of all fitness levels.


Join our experienced and enthusiastic coaches and instructors as they lead you through an exciting, heart-pumping, one of a kind experience on our Wahoo KICKRs. You’ll find yourself pushing through intervals, tackling hills and taking on whatever the coach has in store for you.

Core and Stretch

Your body deserves this class! You have been working your body so hard it’s time to relax and help repair with a full body stretch class. This class will decrease your risk of injury and improve overall performance. We will also be focusing on balance, stability and prevent injuries.
